Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 15, 2026

Mental Clutter Reset (“Mental Clutter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Além dos Laços, established in Brazil.

What we collect

When you take the quiz, we collect the email address you voluntarily provide, your quiz responses, and the resulting Mental Clutter Type. If you purchase, we receive a transaction and entitlement record from Paddle, our current payment processor. We never receive your full card number.

Your reflection answers are stored privately and are never sold or used for advertising or analytics. They are visible only to you and the systems required to provide the service.

How we use your data

We use your email to:

  • Send your quiz result and personalized reset actions when you request them.
  • Deliver the 7-day reset program if you purchase.
  • Send transactional messages such as purchase confirmation and access details.

We use PostHog only for limited, aggregate server-side operational events under a shared server identifier. PostHog does not receive browser cookies, email addresses, user IDs, quiz answers, Mental Clutter Types, scores, confidence levels, or reflection text. With your optional consent, Meta Pixel may receive standard technical information such as page URL, browser or device information, cookie identifiers, and generic events such as page views or checkout initiation. We do not send quiz answers, results, scores, email addresses, or reflection text to Meta.

Third-party services

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
  • Paddle — payment processing and order administration.
  • MailerLite — email delivery.
  • PostHog — aggregate server-side operational analytics without user identifiers.
  • Meta — optional advertising measurement through Meta Pixel.
  • Cloudflare Pages — website hosting and delivery.

Some providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their privacy and security safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Meta Pixel stays off unless you select “Accept advertising measurement.” You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings control.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing pedro.neto3@outlook.com. We will respond and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential storage for authentication and for remembering your privacy choice. PostHog does not run in your browser or set a browser analytics identifier. If you consent, Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar identifiers for advertising measurement. Rejecting optional advertising measurement does not prevent you from taking the quiz or purchasing the program.
